Registration Manager
Dataflow Events is a full service event registration and support agency, offering database-related services to event organisers.
An opportunity has become available within our events team for a Registration Manager.
This role is core to our events business. Reporting to the Events Director,
you will manage clients both by pro-actively understanding their requirements
and by having a hands-on role in delivering projects for them. Responsibilities
will include;
- Taking event briefs and suggesting solutions
- Managing the set-up of the registration process and liaising with web developers
to build event registration web sites
- Producing delegate reports to client requirements
- Producing email, post and fax templates and merging with data
- Managing data imports and imports
- On site support, responding to clients' data needs at the event
The successful candidate will be a technically minded, hands on person with strong communication skills and previous exposure to setting up databases. Excellent attention to detail is also a requirement.

Audio Visual Consultant
We're looking for an enthusiastic AV consultant to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will work with customers generated by our popular AV web sites, Projector Point, Plasma Point and Projectors UK. Through these web sites we supply digital projectors and plasma screens to buy or hire.
Ideally you will be familiar with the audio visual industry, although training can be
provided if you are new to this area and have other experience in a sales or customer service role.
The successful applicant will be handling inbound sales leads and converting them in to sales. We don't have a 'hard sell' culture - we advise clients on the right product rather than force products on them, so the ability to listen and explain technology in straight terminology is essential. Other responsibilities include problem solving for customers, and liaising with suppliers.
