If you have a problem with your hardware or software, you can call us or log the problem on our web site. However you log your problem, our technicians will be able to provide you with a response time or a solution to your problem.

We can schedule our servers to copy your key data from your server to ours during the night. This goes one step further than tape based back-ups in that it protects your data from fire and burglary.

To ensure your systems run reliably, we can install system monitor programs to keep everything in check. If there is a problem or a potential problem picked up by the system monitor, it will email us so that we can take action as early as possible.
