We can offer support on a Premium Support Service Contract or 'Per Incident' basis.

Dataflow IT Premium Support

A Premium Support contract from Dataflow IT offers the following benefits:

  • 8 working hour response time for hardware issues
  • Free replacement and installation of hardware covered by the Service Contract in the event of failure.
  • On site repairs (when possible)
  • Free loan of a replacement PC, should your PC need to be taken away for repair.
  • Software support helpdesk.
  • System optimisation and routine maintenance for your network
  • On line status reports facility for all reported problems.
  • Off site backups (optional)
  • Remote Control support (optional)
  • Remote System Monitoring (optional)

Dataflow IT Per Incident IT Support

Per Incident IT Support is a 'pay as you go' informal agreement with Dataflow IT to provide support as and when required. It does not provide the same guarantees as the Premium Support service contract, however it can be a more cost effective solution for organisations with a low IT incident rate.
